1 clove garlic
1 Tbs. flour
1 cup milk
2 Tbs. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked pasta
(pasta doubles when cooked)
- Fill a medium sauce pan half full with water. Bring to a boil, add uncooked noodles. Cook about 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain noodles.
- Melt margarine over low heat.
- Mince garlic and saute 1 minute in melted margarine
- Stir in flour. Take off the heat, gradually add milk and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
- Cook stirring constantly until thick about 8 minutes on medium heat. (Don't scorch)
- Stir in cream cheese. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and cook until melted.
- Serve over hot noodles.
